EXCHANGES:
Customer must send the pants back to our corporate location. Please indicate on your invoice sheet which sizes you would like to exchange. Once we receive your order we will exchange your pants for the desired size and ship them back out to you same day. You may also come to our corporate office if you do not want to mail them.
REFUNDS:
Customer must send the pants back to our corporate location. Please indicate on the invoice that you would like a refund. Items must be returned within 60 days or they will not be refunded. Any returns must be in brand new condition we do not exchange used items. Once we receive your order we will issue the refund that same day. Depending on your banking, please give the refund transaction 3-5 business days. You will receive an email when the refund has been completed. We do not refund the shipping cost from your order purchase.
